WHO WE ARE
Women Smiles Uganda is a non-governmental organization established in 2018
to improve lives of women and young girls in the underserved communities of Africa especially those living in urban slums who are landless and have limited spaces through providing sustainable poverty eradication programs, hunger and food security promotion programs and means of agro-entrepreneurship that’s through smart agriculture using vertical farms.
SMART AGRICULTURE
We do provide smart agriculture practices to farmers so as to increase productivity.
AGRI-TRAININGS
We provide training on how to make composite manure through vermicomposting.
EDUCATING WOMEN
We provide financial education to women,young girls
who are victims of sex abuse,violence and provide flexible self-financing schemes.

Women Smiles Uganda was recognized as one of the Top 50 Organizations to connect with in Africa by the Tony Elumelu Foundation, won the 2019 Takeda entrepreneurship award, Youth in Agroecology Business Track Africa 2022 award (YALTA), recognized by Obama Foundation, Westerwelle Foundation and One Young World for its efforts to combat hunger, for its contributions to bettering conditions for women, teenage mothers and youth.
